I am working on a quilt for my two year old granddaughter Emily. The pattern came from American Patchwork and Quilting magazine, Feb 2012 issue. It looked to me like it would be a little tedious sewing all the sashing around each rectangle and square, but it was super fast! Chain sewing made it really quick.
I want to get it done before she goes in the hospital to get her tonsils out, and it is proving to be a real challenge. I decided to do random scrolls and loops with occasional hearts in the quilting. I am halfway done and almost wish I would have just done 1 inch lines on the whole thing. But, it is too late to change now and so on go :)
When am I going to make a perfect quilt?
